Heather Flynn is a passionate yoga teacher who has dedicated herself to helping others find balance, peace, and strength through the practice of yoga. Her yoga journey began as a personal quest to restore and strengthen her body after years of being a dancer, as well as find a way to calm her mind after long hours working as a camera assistant. She very quickly learned that yoga was so much more than the physical. The mind body connection began to help her handle daily anxiety and stress in such a significant way, she knew she had to learn more. Heather's training and personal practice have been shaped by renowned teachers Rina Jakubowicz and Eric Paskel with a focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa and the philosophy of Vedanta. She is a 500-hour RYT with a teaching style that blends Vinyasa Flow and Mindfulness practices. When she isn't leading class or practicing, you can find her hiking or behind a camera. She now offers in person privates, online classes and loves to teach groups outdoors whenever possible.
